Real-World Experience
Over the course of 20 years, Neil started and grew two small business government contractors in the Federal Market after getting out of the Army.
Neil was personally responsible for service delivery, being a SME in both of his companies - first as a Network Engineer and second as a Microsoft SharePoint & Business Process Improvement engineer.
In addition, Neil was responsible for all aspects of Business Development, Capture and Proposal Writing for his companies. He identified 'slam dunk' opportunities for his company, planned out solutioning, led the capture efforts and wrote the proposals. There was no AI back then!
Neil started his career in San Francisco and Silicon Valley, strengthened it in the Army under the mentorship of senior leaders in the Pentagon, and perfected it by doing the same jobs you are doing now.
